THE EARRINGS:

Owning a style of design where others fail & fear to go,this is the designer if you want heads turning & possibly having a few dropping to their knees! :-) I don't care if it's a smaller piece or one of his over the top/massively huge pieces, his jewelry somehow seems to do that. It's all about making a "sophisticated statement" with this artist & ranks as one of the best, for just that! The tops are made of a 8 stone floral cluster & are the anchor for the large 2-1/2” oval drop shaped bottom. Laid atop of a contemporary mirror polished finished sterling, are little oval cuts of Sciacca Sicilian Mediterranean red coral that follow the outline & sit tightly packed side by side the other so you get this tightly packed coral cluster look. Hanging in the center of the drop is a duplicated floral cluster design that compliments the tops.

I want to mention that these do have some weight to them, so you may consider getting a product I carry that takes the weight of the earring off the ears and puts the weight on the tape they are made of.(See weights below) This product also prevents the ear from tearing & makes the earring more tolerable to wear. Anyone person whose closely involved in this business knows how much the price of Coral has climbed to & has gotten so ridiculously expensive, which makes it unaffordable for many artists to even consider buying. In the last few years, the cost of "GOOD" Coral has skyrocketed up to 500% & compared to a few years ago when it was at about $250 a gram,it is now well over $1000 a gram for the premium qualities. Coral is now been put on the "Rare" list & no longer can it be fished, nor brought in the USA. (These reasons are reflected in the price) Everyday the price goes up & the less availability, the higher the price will go! Coral will never lose it's value & has become a collectible material for these reasons mentioned.
